These conditions are a agreement between Unique Interior Design and our clients. If you accept our services, you are accepting all these terms.

Opportunities of Services and Circumferences

We provide services below:

  • Residential and Commercial Interior Design
  • 3D design and visualization
  • Modular Kitchen, Furniture Design and Execution
  • False ceiling, lighting
  • Turnkey Projects (Design to Execution)

Before the start of the service, a written consultation and design proposal will be provided, where the work time and cost will be mentioned.

Price determination and payment policy

  • All payment agreements will be in the episode (Milestone-Based).
  • Prior to starting the project, 5% to 5% of the total cost should be paid in advance.
  • Payment is only acceptable through bank transfer/check/UPI.
  • Additional charges may be levied for delayed payment.

The right to design and ownership

  • All designs and concepts are our own and copyrighted.
  • Client design can only be used for the purpose of the project.
  • We need to get permission before any design reuse or transfer to the third party.

Editing of the deadline and project

  • We promise to complete the work within a certain time, but if there is a delay in natural disasters, labor deficit or third party, we will not be responsible.
  • Any major changes may require extra time and cost.

Discard and refund policy

  • If the work is canceled after the start of the work, the advance money is not refundable.
  • Cancellation of the design phase can be deducted by the prescribed service charge.
  • If the company is canceled, the full advance will be returned.

Warranty and maintenance

  • Some of the used materials will have the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • A 6 -month workmanship is guaranteed on our work (if nothing is said separately).
  • The responsibility of maintenance will be the client, unless the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is taken differently.

Exemption

  • We will not be responsible for third party voltage problems, water loss, or unwanted accidents.
  • Separate consent and expenses will be required to change the work according to the design.

Privacy policy

  • The personal information of the clients is kept completely secret.
  • No information will be disclosed to the third party unless it is legally obliged.

Dispute

  • In case of a problem, the first will try to solve it.
  • If necessary, the court of Bankura district will have the right to settle the matter.
